Alice & Brambles
You can see the remote in my hand. Heh. I love the way this skirt spreads out. But I only wore it for about an hour, because after I came in from taking photos, my mom looked at me and exclaimed, "I can see your underwear right through your skirt!" And I'm not a panties-on-display kinda gal, personally. But I would have twirled around all day if she hadn't said anything.
I haven't picked up my Alice's Adventures in Wonderland shirt in a while, nor this locket. It's always fun to take an item for a spin after it's been languishing in the closet.
I don't know if it was the light or what, but that rose has an orange heart.

Love how you've matched your lipstick with your skirt!

My mother always yelled at me to wear a slip because she was so paranoid about my undies showing that now I have to like double up!
ReplyDeleteAin't that just like a mom! I only have one slip and it's not very versatile--I should get more.
DeleteThat shirt is fantastic, I love Alice In Wonderland! That lipstick looks gorgeous on you.

Thank you, Kat! I'm an Alice fan too :)
DeleteHaha, I have probably shown off my underwear more than I count on both hands (accidentally, of course). I have never owned a slip and I have worn lots of skirts that later I found out were completely see-through. (Whoops!)
ReplyDeleteReally digging on the shirt, by the way. It's great. :)
You win some, you lose some =P There are definitely worse things in life. Mine have been on display too! Thanks, Danielle :)
DeleteLove all things Alice in Wonderland.
ReplyDeleteI need to reread that book! It's pretty fantastic.
DeleteAlice in Wonderland = LOVE. It's exactly my kind of horror. ;-)
ReplyDeleteWe're doing a piece to the the theme from the relatively recent Alice movie in ballet. It's phenomenal - our teacher is so talented as a choreographer!! I'm helping to design the costumes :-D
That's so cool! I hope you blog about it :D
