Announcement: I am switching my post times. Outfits will go up at 4:30pm instead of 7:00am, and the reverse will be true for inspiration posts. I'm sure that I will stray from the schedule occasionally, but I aim to be predictable. It's highly possible that this change would have escaped notice, but I decided to say something just in case it will affect anyone even slightly.

Why the switch?
ReplyDeleteAlso, I love that you included photos from Cupcake's Clothes! She hasn't updated since January but I check everyday to see if she's posted yet (I'm a pro internet stalker)
I typically write outfit posts in the later afternoon, and sometimes the stuff I say doesn't make sense to be posted first thing in the morning. That's really the only reason. & I wish she updated more often because her outfits are sooo well put-together and adorable!
DeleteGood grief, I *still* haven't figured out when the best time to post things is. I usually post in the mornings here, but sometimes that schedule goes a little awry...
ReplyDeleteI need to learn to write things more in advance and schedule the posts...I also need to learn to use Twitter and Facebook and Instagram, but I am a terrible old fogey...
Honestly I think it probably doesn't matter much what time someone posts on a blog, because people read stuff whenever it fits their schedule. But I am very micro-manage-y about everything =P On social media timing does matter--but having fun is the most important part!
DeleteOkay. And I will switch the time I visit your site to 6:03 on Mondays and idle tea breaks when spreadsheets are killing my temples, or 2:48 - approximately.
