Inside Uber
Kewpie doll window display at Uber Optics (in Petaluma, California). Creepy or cute? Both, and I love it. I mentioned yesterday that my mom and I went glasses-shopping, and Uber Optics is the locale she chose. The owner, Nancy, was totally stylish and beautiful:

This was a bit embarrassing, because Nancy is a camera queen, whereas I'm a snapshotter. She takes excellent portraits of her customers and does her own ads. I, on the other hand, capture this kind of photo of people's boots:
They are really cool boots, though, right? Anyway, the rest of this post is a bunch of pictures of the decor, so feel free to move on if you're not as enchanted by retro/glossy interiors as I am.
