Pink Majesty
A girl at the train station had this studded backpack. I love the fierce princess vibe. Not gonna lie: it strongly reminds me of Avril Lavigne. The owner let me take a picture (which I processed into the graphic above, along with a Russian crown background). She told me that she got the bag at a local flea market, but then bummed me out by adding that it's from Justin Bieber's line. Ugh.
Anyway, today was lovely. My gentleman friend and I hung out for a few hours in Dolores Park, sippin' on gin and juice. Nah, we were actually drinking poor man's mimosas (beer + orange juice) and eating pupusas from a street vendor. Then we did a classy 180 by having dinner at an upscale French restaurant. I don't think y'all understand how much I enjoy my snooty summaries of San Francisco outings.
Now I'm gonna get in bed and watch more Law & Order. Aw yiss.

Browsing FYE the other night looking for a movie. Justin Bieber's BELIEVE was more expensive than Gravity. #losingfaithinhumanity

DeleteMmm papusas. Those things are magically delicious. I may need to track some down soon. There's a place near school that makes some really awesome ones and now I want them.
ReplyDeleteAlso I really like that backpack too. I'll always have a soft spot for the Avril Lavigne circa 2002 aesthetic since I thought it was so cool. I was 12 after all. Good times.
Bahaha, me too! I want to learn how to make pupusas.
DeleteHah,beer and orange juice is pretty good! It's about the only thing that makes miller drinkable. Bummer about the backpack being from bebier(or however you spell his name#dontreallycare). It's actually pretty cute with all of the studs!
ReplyDeleteI know, right? =)
DeleteAt least if she got it from a flea market, Bieber presumably didn't benefit from her purchase of it. Even a crappy celebrity can release some decent merchandise sometimes (broken clocks being right twice a day, etc)?
ReplyDeleteThat was my thinking too!
DeleteGOT MY MIND ON MY MONEY AND MY MONEY ON MY MIND!
ReplyDeleteSeriously though, that backpack screams 2002 to me. I remember the internet back then. It was so so so different.
I wasn't even ON the internet back then!
