Lip Skip & Lemon
This is a first (for me): crisp coat of lipstick on my upper lip, and a thick layer of gloss on my lower lip. Surprisingly, there hasn't been any smearing yet, but I think that will change as soon as I eat something. I don't mind because makeup's ephemerality is part of the fun.
The downside is that it looks kinda weird from farther away:
Where's my lower lip?! Have I suddenly acquired an extra inch of chin? Hmm, how much can you charge for extra chin on the black market? Do I even need to sell extra chin on the black market, or can I just post an ad on Craigslist? Questions that require answers.

I wouldn't buy black market chins. You just never know where they've been...
ReplyDeleteLove the outfit, and the adventurous lipstick! I'd like to see the effect the opposite way around, too (lipstick on lower lip, gloss on upper).
Trust Syl to give good advice on black market chins ;P And thank you! Yes, I will have to try that.
DeleteHahaha, a sudden inch of chin... baaah... that made me laugh. This is such a neat way to wear lipstick! And yeah, the fact that lipstick is just a fleeting moment, really, makes it more fun to play around with. And if all really came to worse, you could just wash it off!
ReplyDeleteExactly! Lipstick is my favorite kind of makeup :)
DeleteYou are too funny! I do like the dual lip color! It's striking!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteLemon is such a delightful color on you, it pops so nicely with that beautiful skirt (it is beautiful, isn't it!). I'm not sure how I feel about the two-tone lips though. It's does seem like a fashion risk meant for the runway, but you do embrace fashion risks!
ReplyDeleteThank you! Yeah, I like experimenting.
DeleteYour quirkiness keeps stealing my heart.
ReplyDeleteHehe, good! :-*
DeleteThis is really interesting, love it!
