Bunny Moon
How many almost-matching shades of blue and purple can be combined in one outfit?
Quite a few, as it turns out.
I love these shoes for actually being foot-shaped, a la duck boots or sensible Oxfords. Lots of wiggle room for my toes! Just sayin'. I know y'all worry about my toes.
Happy news: I'm adopting another rabbit. His name is Rudy and he has hilarious sideburns:
Rudy's current caretaker sent me that picture. I can't wait to meet the little fellow and start getting him settled in!

Aww Rudy is so adorable! I want to snuggle him.
ReplyDeleteAlso purple and blue can definitely be worn together. I like all the color going on here!
Bits of hay get stuck in his fluffy face, and it's incredibly cute ^.^ Thank you!
DeleteYou can never have to much blue, purple, or...blurple. NEVER. :-D
ReplyDeleteThe sideburns totally killed me! So adorable :-) A couple who are friends of ours have two huge angora rabbits - when their hair gets ridiculous, they cut it, and she spins it into wool, hand-dyes it and knits it into gloves and scarves! I admire her so much :-)
See, this is why I need you. "Blurple" didn't occur to me! & your friend's setup sounds ridiculously cool! I wanna learn how to spin. . .
DeleteRudy's Elvis impersonation kills me. So spot on. Love your dress my dear, you look like you're ready to frolick. Have a good time!
ReplyDeleteHahaha, yes, exactly! Thank you, Karen <3
DeleteBlurple! Love it! Also, I am completely addicted to your socks pulled up and tights trend. I think I've seen it in a few of your outfits before and I love it.

Hahaha, GOOD! It's 'cause I'm eighty years old and have to have comfortable feet!
DeleteYou remind me of the women in Madrid in this outfit. When I lived there, I noticed that most ladies will only wear outfits of one predominant color scheme. So if the choice of the day is purple, there'll be various of shades of purple in their tops, bottoms, tights, shoes, jewelry, etc. etc. A lot of the time, I didn't really think it worked. But on you, the shades are varied enough that the colors look amazing.
ReplyDeleteInteresting! I enjoy matching, but I'm not so big on monochrome. Thank you, Marie!
DeleteI love almost-matching outfits like this. It adds some surprise to the severity of monochrome.
ReplyDeleteThat's a poetic way to describe it. Thank you!
