Be It Ever So Humble
This mirror selfie was the closest I got to an OOTD shot all weekend. That's okay; I didn't plan to take outfit photos while traveling. It was good to be on the road and explore new parts of Oregon--previously I'd only visited Portland--but I'm glad to be back in my own territory. I always feel that way after a trip. Expanded horizons are valuable, but as the platitude goes, "There's no place like home."
Because of Dorothy's refrain in The Wizard of Oz, natch!

I really love other people's mirror selfies. True story.
ReplyDeleteHa! You're pretty great.
DeleteThere is indeed no place like home :-) There's just something about coming back to a place where everything is familiar - I experience it every time I come home, whether it be from Wellington (same island), or...I dunno, Cairo or Carcassonne.or something.

As Pippi Longstocking said, "If you don't leave, you can't come back!" I love my couch too <3
