Certainly Sans Anguish
This morning I threw on slouchy pastels in a rush, before heading over to the Armour sans Anguish studio. My visit was wonderful, but I don't want to give anything away; I'm working on a write-up of the experience. It will be thrilling to feature a Bay Area garment company, especially one that lines up with all of my values regarding ethical production. In addition, I'm proud of myself for making a small foray into the local fashion scene. I happen to be a fairly reclusive person by default, but I'm interested in learning more about style-centered communities. Online participation is easy--I have a blog, after all--but the face-to-face equivalents remain mysterious.
Today I also ordered the textbook for my summer sociology class and made pumpkin banana bread. Hooray for productivity!

Can't wait to hear about your experience! And I love the colors of that dress.
ReplyDeleteI'm the same way, talking online is easy, face to face, not so much! That's awesome you get to do a write up featuring a company in your own area! :D
ReplyDeleteYeah, I'm excited :D
